Alpaca , Huacaya , Jr. Herdsire (Male) |True Black
AOA# 36098200 | DOB: 6/2/2019
Deku is a very dense black alpaca. I try not to say that too often but even as a cria Deku showed signs of being the densest black born to us. His fleece bundles nicely with a soft low frequency crimp. He inherited his stocky, well built frame from his sire and has a very deep TRUE BLACK pedigree. Deku's pedigree includes Patagonia's El Vasco who's impressive championship show record was credited to his fleece stats of 70 fsqmm density at 19 microns with 13 to 1 consistency. El Vasco's sire was the exotic modern MSG black tipped herdsire of the year, Patagonia's Neruda who sold for $205,000 making his genetics some of the most sought after in the industry. On Deku's dam's side, French Hollow's David shows a density of 71.5 follicles SQmm of skin at 19 microns with an S/P on 2.5 clusters of 12 to 1 as seen on S/P scan, his clusters are very tight and symmetrical in shape. The 250 X scan indicates about 50% of his secondary fibers are medullated and that he has awesome level 4 glands. These stats are strong and place him in the top 1% of males tested.
He is bound to produce black dense cria's so if you want to add strong black genetics check out Deku. And hey you never know, if your girl has a modern grey in her pedigree, paired with Deku she might just give you one of these highly sought after Modern Grey crias.
