As the Son of A.L.Pacas 17 Times Grey Champion Revolution we had high expectations for Harry Potter.
He was named at birth when we saw an unmistakable Black lightning Bolt on his forehead, and as fans of the Harry Potter series, we had an obligation.
He was all that we wanted him to be when he hit the ground! He has long, dense, fine, crimpy and consistent Medium Silver Grey Fiber. Even his head is filled with zipper crimp! He has proven himself in the ring with consistent high Ribbons - and Banners!
At PAOBA 2013 Harry won the Grey Male COLOR CHAMPIONSHIP. Judge Kevin O'Leary praised his fleece character and consistency.
At MAPACA 2013, he placed Second to the Color Champion (a 6X CC), and in winning second he placed over a 4X CC who came third in the class. Talk about a competitive class!
Judge Amanda VandenBosch, in giving Harry 1st at Best Of The US 2013 said: "He is very masculine in his style and type. His fiber is very consistent running throughout, he has a beautiful length to the staple. He has a very very nice handle to his fleece and it organizes beautifully across his body, down to the extremities"
Judge Jill Macleod awarded Harry 1st at Northeastern 2012 - saying he was the clear winner in the class, and citing his dense, uniform, fine fleece with great brightness and handle.
Judge Kevin O'Leary awarded Harry 2nd at AOBA Nationals 2012 - lauding his consistent character, fineness, density and uniformity.
Judge Tim Lavan, in awarding Harry 3rd Place at MAPACA 2012 said: “This Male Clearly won the younger part of the class, when he is Shorn and back in the ring, with a little more development he will be competitive” He cited Harry’s fineness and brightness and made a special comment about the extraordinary density. This was Harry’s first show, and at 7 months, had just been weaned and was the youngest in a class of 15.
His Dam is our own Show Proven True Black Midnight, a daughter of renowned Grey AUSSIE ROCKFORD. She has produced nothing but high ribbon winners.

The proof is in the progeny. David's first crias have proven him to be an elite herdsire. It was David's density, fleece character and macho style that won him success in the show ring, but we are delighted that he has passed all that and more to his crias.
One added bonus we didn't count on was that David seems to pass on the color of the dam while adding his fantastic fleece characteristics! David's dark lineage allowed him to make arrays of gray, black out of black, brown from brown and fawn when bred to fawn. Every crias better than the dam.
Science has proven David among the elite herdsires as well. Dr. Norm Evans reports "David shows a density of 71.5 follicles SQmm of skin at 19 microns with an S/P on 2.5 clusters of 12 to 1 asseen on S/P scan, his clusters are very tight and symmetrical in shape.The 250 X scan indicates about 50% of his secondary fibers are medullated and that he has awesome level 4 glands. These stats are strong and place him inthe top 1% of males tested."

Details
Justrose is a medium fawn with a broad MRG dorsal strip so we believe she will produce grey. Her cria last year, Tormund has an AFD 17.0microns and SD 3.8 microns!
She is pregnant with David who reproduces the color of the dam so we feel we have a good chance at a rose grey cria. David always adds density and fleece character to his offspring.

We are willing to work out financing that best fits your budget. One popular offer is; after a modest down payment the balance will be paid in 2-3 years in a yearly payments due June first which allows a customer to make that payment using their tax return, further taking advantage of the great tax benefits available with an alpaca farm.
